Swimming is not only a sport it’s always good work in all workouts strategies and self-pushup of a person through water or another liquid, usually for recreation, sport, exercise, or survival. The moment you achieved through is the counterpart moments of hands, legs and body.

When you sink under the water then feel for the water anyone can develop a feel for water. It’s not magic of weight of your body it’s the magic and weight of your breath. When you anchor your feet onto something while pulling, you can feel how much force your hands are applying. This drill requires a safe environment and application of common sense to avoid injury. But swimming with your eyes closed can really help you hone your senses to detect alignment distortions.

Three Students to Single Coach = $120 per month 45 minutes
Four to Six Students to Single Coach = $100 per month 45 minutes
7-10 Students to Single Coach = $80 per person per month.
Public Pool
Single Student to Single Coach = $260 per month 45 minutes
Two Students to Single Coach = $140 per month 45 minutes
Three Students to Single Coach = $100 per month 45 minutes
Four to Six Students to Single Coach = $100 per month each student for 45 mins
7-10 Students to Single Coach = $60 - $80 per person per month.
